Assist and provide operational support to the General Manager UK & Netherlands in facilitating activities and communication from/to the Stores and the Regional departments.


- Support with the Business analysis and reporting over sales & KPIs within the UK and Netherlands retail network scope;

- Provide control and reporting over the Retail Department budget;

- Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the network to improve the retail performance;

- Closely work with the General Manager in daily activities providing both administrative and operational support;

- Be the point of reference for the organization of the meetings and schedule involving the General Manager & the Store management, facilitating the exchange of information from/to the other Company departments.


Actively support Retail Operations Coordinator with the CRM activities:

- Monitoring of the CRM KPIs;

- Ensuring the presence of CRM materials (CIC cards, TY cards, BDay cards, Official support ...) in each store in accordance with Zone CRM team;

- Active support to the stores to ensure business performance through the correct use of the CRM tools in accordance with Zone CRM team;

- Support the Store team and Retail Operations Coordinator with the

various in-store events and Pop-up projects roll out;

- Data cleaning & improvement: activities of customer deduplication.


- Support the Retail Operations Coordinator with the continuous application of Top Store activities in Store;

- Support the procurement and purchasing of goods & services for the Retail department;

- Support the Store management in the Uniform, packaging, stationery, cashier materials orders;



- First relevant experience within a Head Office department within the Fashion/Luxury Environment

- Master's Degree

- Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry

- Fluent English; another European language is a plus
