Liaison between Head Office and Retail Field Team. Fully support and enhance Retail initiatives at a store level from events linked to key product launches to supporting ad hoc retailer activity to maximise retail sell out. In addition, help drive Dior Ambassadors and Agency staff with strong incentives and best in class communication.




  • Produce Weekly Communication to Account Managers and Field Team
  • Liaising with Commercial, Marketing and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out
  • Liaising with Marketing and the implementation of the Marketing plan & specific Retail Animation Activities 
  • Centralise and monitor communication to store and agency (Merchandising / GWP / Focus)
  • Oversee store based incentive programme for DAs and agency 
  • Manage in-store Animation and Events to maximise retail sell out
  • Manage and collate in-store paperwork, stationery and support 
  • Raise Purchase Orders via SAP and track Retail spend in-line with Retail Budget
  • Manage Monthly Store Web Reporting
  • Prepare the retail and external meetings, producing best in class Presentations 
  • Ad-hoc send outs 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor and Manage Agency Budget spend
  • Assess productivity of agency and temp spend vs. retail results
  • Update Retailers Monthly Retailer Activity tracker
  • Manage and analyse DA incentives programme 
  • Adhoc specific analysis as required


  • Update & Develop process to train agency staff
  • Update budget files with spend, track and raise purchase orders 
  • Assist in preparing on brand retail and regional meeting presentations linked to retail animation
  • Coordinate and streamline store Events in line with Marketing Plan and Field Retail Team requests
