Liaison between Head Office and Retail Field Team. Fully support retail team in daily tasks and projects to support the field and store based team, reporting and general admin. Enhance Retail initiatives at a store level from events linked to key product launches to supporting ad hoc retailer activity to maximise retail sell out.


  • Produce Weekly Communications to Dior Ambassadors and Field Team
  • Liaising with Commercial, Marketing and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out
  • Liaising with Marketing and the implementation of the Marketing plan and specific Retail Animation Activities
  • Ensure purchase orders and invoices are cleared in a timely manner via SAP, tracking retail spend is in-line with Retail budget
  • Support with store Agency bookings and invoicing
  • Support Web Reporting queries, provide support with queries via telephone and email
  • Prepare Dior Ambassadors store based incentives
  • Update and monitor Dior Ambassador Social Media
  • Manage in-store Animations and Events to maximise retail sell out
  • Coordinate and streamline store Events in line with Marketing plan and Retail requests
  • Manage in store Stationery and stock holding to ensure cover  
  • Coordinate and assist with booking all retail excursions including hotel, flight and activities bookings.
  • Prepare the retail and external meetings, support Head of Retail and Retail Operations Manager with producing best in class presentations
  • Manage Retail Operations stock and Art of Gifting cupboard orders, ensuring cover for send outs
  • Ad-hoc send outs when requested
