Based in our Geneva office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic), you will be supporting the full Retail team: Retail Development Retail Performance and Training department with their daily activities.
You will have interaction with 14 stores in 5 countries with 6 languages, be a partner for the stores and help them with all their operationals requests and needs. You will be joining our Retail Performance department for analysis, reporting and improvement of our KPI's (key performance indicators). You will support store to perform on their daily business most efficient way on the whole region. For that you will incarnate the first point of contact. Monthly you will take care of calculate our commissions system. You will be a real partner for our projects in store (ex: re-opening, launch of E-Commerce).
To be successful in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of the luxury retail market, gained through an experience in a Retail store. You should be customer oriented with a great interest for operational environment. You have to be champion of solution and an expert on Excel. Your open minded and curiosity will help you to succeed.
