Retail Performance Manager (M/F)

Reporting directly to the Retail & Trade Director, you are the Retail owner of all management of the performance in the Retail network, FSS, FR, SIS owned and Outlets. You are in charge of tracking and monitoring all KPIs network, business and human, draw conclusions and establish action plans. Hand in hand work with affiliates countries in order to provide great level of service for the business:

  • Definition, tracking and reporting of all Retail performance indicators, at global, country, channel and store levels
  • Definition, tracking and reporting of the network performance
  • Definition, tracking and reporting of the product assortment performance
  • Lead the 360° of the retail Staff talent management, hand in hand with HR and Training Directors
  • Mystery Shopping Management for all countries
  • Lead all potential new project that is directly linked to Retail owned and not owned performance including outlets

Profile

-5-8 years minimum in an Retail management position, either field or office -Experience in an affiliate country and Asian markets would be a plus

-Good knowledge of premium or luxury segment with high sensitivity to high customer expectations

-Obsessed with Retail, numbers and customer experience

-People at heart 

-Ability to work in a fast pace environment

-Very good communicator, team player, energetic and business oriented

-Strong empathy and ability to understand and create bonds within different cultural environment -French and English mandatory, additional language would be a plus

-Ability to travel around 25%
