POSITION: RETAIL RECRUITMENT MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
LOCATION: LONDON and FIELD
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Work alongside the HR Managers and Retail teams to deliver a world class and efficient recruitment service to ensure each brand within LVMH attracts and selects high talent in the necessary timeframe to support their individual commercial success and growth strategies.
Act as key point of contact regarding all retail recruitment
Design, develop and maintain effective and industry leading recruitment and selection processes for retail related roles across all Perfumes and Cosmetics brands
Develop and maintain quality relationships with the HR and retail teams as well as external partners.
Work alongside the retail teams to deliver dynamic, strategic and brand appropriate advertising of all roles to ensure the efficient attraction of high calibre candidates.
Manage the candidate talent pipeline to ensure each brand has a continuous source of talent.
Effectively communicate with the retail and HR teams to develop a critical path to ensure the fulfilment of vacancies in line with the brand strategies.
Utilise and continuously review a variety of appropriate selection tools to effectively short list candidates for first interviews and assessment centres.
Facilitate and review assessment centres as necessary for all retail based roles on a regular basis
Work alongside the line managers to conduct interviews for specialist field based retail roles
Manage and ensure effective feedback to all candidates.
Ensure the implementation of effective on-boarding for all new starters.
Ensure budgetary compliance through consistent monitoring of all costs related to the recruitment process.
Produce monthly reports to measure the time, cost and quality of each hire.
Ensure the retail team remain up to date on recruitment best practise and have the necessary tools to perform in this area.
Coach and train hiring managers in selection and interview skills as and when appropriate
Conduct career and development interviews with key retail talents.
Facilitate and promote cross brand internal mobility within the retail teams.
Continually explore the market best practice in the recruitment and selection of best in class retail team members.
Keep abreast of relevant legislation to ensure consistent compliance.
- Strong and proven recruitment experience of at least 3 years in a fast paced retail environment.
- Experience of managing multiple recruitment processes including assessment centres. Comfortable working on and fulfilling a high number of vacancies at any one time.
- You will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at developing new practice and procedures.
- Experience of in-house recruitment is essential for this opportunity
