THE RETAIL TRAINER FOR EUROPE & MIDDLE EAST IS A KEY BUSINESS PARTNER TO SUPPORT OUR BRAND AMBITION.
MEMBER OF THE RETAIL EXCELLENCE TEAM, YOU HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO GUARANTEE CONSISTENT AND OUTSTANDING LEVEL OF SERVICE THROUGH THE NETWORK, DEVELOPING TALENTS IN PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, SALES TECHNIQUES AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE.
THANKS TO A VERY STRONG PRESENCE IN STORE (70-80%) TOGETHER WITH A GLOBAL VISION OF YOUR NETWORK, THIS EXPERIENCE WILL ENABLE YOU BRINGING TO LIFE CELINE EXCELLENCE.
YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COLLABORATE WITH RETAIL MANAGERS AND STORE MANAGERS TO ALIGN ON PRIORITIES AND WITH EUROPE AND MIDDLE EAST HEAD OFFICE TEAMS TO SUPPORT GLOBAL STRATEGY (PRODUCTS, OPERATIONS, E-COMMERCE, AFTER-SALES, CLIENTELING AND HR).

2             TRAIN ON THE CELINE SELLING CEREMONY

TRAINING SESSIONS ROLL OUT

1             ROLL-OUT TRAINING MODULES ACCORDING TO CELINE TRAINING STRATEGY (CLASSROOMS & IN-STORES)

2             BUILD TRAINING CALENDARS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PATHS, ORGANISE AND ANIMATE CORRESPONDING TRAINING SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO REACH 100% OF THE TRAINING NEEDS

3             DEVELOPP THE IN-STORES TRAINING ADVISORS COMMUNITY

4             ENSURE ALL TRAINING TOOLS ARE AVAILABLE AND USED IN STORES & PROMOTE THE E-LEARNING APP

5             FOLLOW UP TRAINING IMPACT VIA SELECTED KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS, VALIDATED WITH YOUR MANAGER AND SUITED TO THE NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS, TO ENSURE ROI ON ALL TRAINING INITIATIVES

6             PARTNER WITH RETAIL MANAGERS TO ENSURE THAT ALL TRAINING INITIATIVES ARE DELIVERED CONSISTENTLY IN LINE WITH THE BUSINESS VISION AND STRATEGY
