Louis Vuitton is searching for a Risk Management Associate to support the Risk Management team based at the Distribution Center in Piscataway, New Jersey. The Risk Management Associate is responsible for managing all administration roles related to the Risk Management department and will work to open and manage all POs for the department. 

Working with all 3 departments within Risk Management, the Risk Management Associate will ensure that data driven tasks are completed, including data entry for the Inventory Control team as needed and will also manage the SAP office function to ensure accuracy of inventory. 

This Risk Management Associate will be essential in monitoring and posting corrections to Warehouse Management system and Financial systems to ensure stock levels and inventory movements are aligned across all systems.  This person will be responsible for monthly reviews of all Open POs/Invoices, while monitoring all key functions related to Inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and preparing monthly KPI inventory reports. The Risk Management Associate will coordinate and manage the existing cycle count program at the Distribution Center and will perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and supply solutions.


We are eager to speak to individuals experienced with Vendor Management and 3-5 years of distribution, warehouse and inventory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. This person will have working knowledge and understanding of warehouse management systems and flows. With strong attention to detail, analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills this person will have advanced MS Excel, MS Work and MS PowerPoint skills.
