The Rotative counter manager INNO has a key position in the INNO counter's team.
His key mission is to support INNO's BCs working within 3 counters, on a daily basis and report to BELUX Counters / boutiques manager in order to improve the INNO's Counters team's productivity and profitability.
1. SELL OUT MANAGEMENT
Ensure achievement of the counter sales and targets on a daily and monthly basis to meet corporate objectives
Set and follow up individual and collective objectives, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers and develop customer loyalty (application of Dior Art of Selling)
Ensure efficient communication with and reporting to RM
2. TEAM MANAGEMENT & MOTIVATION
Manage and motivate all the team members on a daily & long term basis using retail management tools
Communicate corporate strategy and goals to the team
Guarantee the respect of corporate & counter rules as well as store discipline and security procedures
Ensure the development of the Dior team members through regular coaching and appraisals (with RM)
3. ON COUNTERS (x 3) RETAILTAINMENT
Represent Dior and develop relations with store management
Ensure successful animation roll out & results
Follow up incentive plans to achieve retail objectives
Guarantee the respect of Dior brand standards on all its aspects, within 3 INNO's counters: image, merchandising, in store communication plan, assortments, novelty presence, BC grooming, posture, D.I.O.R and product knowledge
4. ADMINISTRATION & REPORTING
Ensure completion of all administrative tasks: shift planning, counter cover, stock management (at store level followed by Retail support manager and RM), reporting of Dior and competition
Propose extra cover plans and track completion, especially for key moments (animations, local festivities or events, etc.)
Seek further opportunities for the brand (generic staff, extra space...) and share them with RM
Tester & POSM management and storage
Ensure counter cleanliness at all times and communicate any maintenance issues to RM
