Position

Hublot North America is looking for its new Sales Administrator to work closely with our Wholesale accounts in the logistics and operations department.

Mission: 

The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing a professional and immediate level of support to all wholesale accounts across the US. In addition, this person will also be responsible for managing marketing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales support

  • Provide an efficient and immediate response to requests for product from accounts (wholesalers, franchises, boutiques)
  • Enter and process product sale invoices, issues corresponding credit memos
  • Invoice retailers for marketing requests - catalogs, furniture, watch holders, etc.
  • Create weekly order list based on product needs from retailers and current backorders
  • Handle all product consignments for retailers
  • Report on back orders and stock availability monthly
  • Other activities as assigned by management

Marketing support

  • Manage third party warehouse that houses Hublot marketing materials including displays, large signage, etc.
  • Arrange for delivery to retailers and events as necessary. Issue corresponding invoices.
  • Order additional marketing materials from HQ as needed. Handle related POs and invoices
  • Other activities as assigned by management

Profile

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor degree or equivalent education experience preferred
  • 2 years experience in sales administration or logistics desired
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • High customer focus and strong interpersonal skills, to be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel;
  • Independent and proactive
