Reporting to the Sales Director, the Business Analyst will partner with the sales team in understanding business performances, sales variances, ensure financial rigor by tracking spend and drive the sales planning process.


Finance & Operations

  • Support preparation of Budget & Forecasts (sell in, sell out, investments) by brand and by customer
  • Planning & tracking by customer of
    • A&P
    • FTT
    • Accruals
  • Claims management
  • Pricelist Management
  • Assist with CS queries & Claims
  • All documentation related to order and payment
  • Track Account Receivable


Sales reporting

Consolidate and report  on business performance:

  • Monthly sell-out
  • Bi Monthly sell-in
  • Monthly RSP Reporting & Analysis - Airports & Domestic
  • Competitor's activity
  • Monthly reports and survey through tools like Air4Cast, IWSR
  • Measure & evaluate activation vs target, LY and provide learnings




Business Support

  • Updates of all systems - APO, Anaplan, eworkflow etc..
  • Assisting with Customer Business Reviews decks
  • Support sales team on business proposal (eg airline tenders ..)
  • Coordinate GWP and POSM orders and delivery

2-4 years experience in a similar role

Good understanding of large brand business

Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in spoken & written English

Computer skills - Anaplan, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Good knowledge of financial systems. SAP/ BI/ Essbase
