Contract Management

  • To check and verify all contract proposals prior to submission as per DOA for validation and signatures.
  • To track and ensure contracts are being issued systematically and in a timely manner in accordance with the SOP and approval matrix.

FTT Claims

  • To check and verify validity of the FTT claims against volume depletions, FTT brand allocations and any relevant supporting info/documents.
  • To review and analyze FTT expenses & compared with Statement of Spent, Vistex Accruals, TMB budget.

SAP Related Matters

  • Prepare and upload Vistex agreements based on approved TMB into Vistex.
  • Track and follow up systematically and in a timely manner on final signed contracts (if not available at the time of approval) and ensure Vistex accruals generated are consistent and accurate.
  • To review and analyze accruals, compared with TMB budget including phasing.

Accruals Management

  • To review the monthly and half yearly accruals process for accurate and timely submission.
  • Liaise with finance team on the accruals submission.

Bottle Collection reporting

  • Liaise with sales team and bottle collection contractor on bottle collection program, specifically on inclusion and exclusion of outlets, analysis of bottle collection report for management purpose, and follow up actions where necessary.

Wholesaler Sell-Out and Replenishment & Reimbursement compilation

  • To assists in the wholesaler sell-out and the R&R submission.
  • To ensure timely submission by the wholesalers without any errors in the file.
  • To audit the submission with all corresponding Invoice to ensure integrity of the data.
  • To re-produce the reports in a proper and readable summary.


  • Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills both in oral and written English
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the FMCG or Wines & Spirits industry would be advantageous
  • MS Excel & SAP experience required
  • Good networking, influencing, and communication skills
