TAG Heuer Singapore is looking for enthusiast and dynamic sales consultant for its Singapore boutiques. In this role, you will report directly to the Boutique Manager. Your main responsibilities will be achieving and exceeding sales target as assigned by the Boutique Manager, managing inventory management and maintaining good housekeeping condition in the boutique including visual merchandising. You will also be providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers and closely follow up with customers on after sales service issues. Last but not least, you are required to take ownership to monitor after sales service of customer database and support in-store marketing events.
You should have at least 2 years solid experience in retail operations with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry, watch industry experience is a preferred. If you have a diploma in retail would be a plus. You will be able to communicate English in written and spoken to ensure good communication and interpersonal skills. You are sales oriented and result oriented, team player and customer oriented with good customer service.
