We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join our iconic brand as:

Sales Consultant, Melbourne boutique

Acting as a brand ambassador, your main duties will be:

  • Act as a brand ambassador representing TAG Heuer brand
  • Communicating all product and customer feedback to the Boutique Manager
  • Take initiative to build upon the stores clientele book - emailing and keeping in touch with your clients on a regular basis
  • Completing sale documentation and efficient use of internal till and stock systems
  • Achieving and maintaining mystery shopper targets
  • Maximising sales at all opportunities to ensure you are meeting and exceeding targets
  • Attend regular training sessions to ensure product knowledge is up to date
  • Ensuring visual presentation, store maintenance and standards is of the highest quality at all times (including cleaning)
  • Provide in-store aftersales service working with the aftersales teams to achieve a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Partake in stock take, maintenance and processing
  • Travel to and cover TAG Heuer locations as and when required
  • As an ambassador for TAG Heuer - As this is a customer facing role a certain standard of personal presentation and our dress code policy will apply
  • Be flexible with working hours and deal with any additional ad hoc requests




  • Previous Retail/Customer Service experience in a luxury boutique
  • Preferably worked in luxury goods/similar retail environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to use various IT systems
  • Proven experience of contributing towards sales targets
  • Customer focused, able to serve customers and handle complaints in a highly professional manner
  • Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge
  • Able to meet targets and work to deadlines
  • Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change
  • Be able to work as a team
  • Results orientated
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness and reliability
