The Sales Coordinator On-Trade focus essentially in supporting the sales forces to operate on the field on their daily business.


The main responsibilities will be:

- Sales support to the ON-Trade Key Account Manager & Regional Sales Managers regarding all requests

- SAP manage client hierarchy, sales conditions and rebates

- Coordination and active controlling of partnerships (NSI, offer, rebates, FTT, kickbacks, volume objectives & follow up)

- Control and validation of customer invoices generally related to partnerships

- Support the ON-Trade Sales Director with correspondence, mailings, translations, etc.

- Send statistics to sales force

- Answer customer requests on pricing, availability, special offers and providing them with product information

- Follow up of POSM, free bottles & allocations

- Follow up on specific orders/customers

- Manage SKU under quotas when needed

- Follow-up of Key Accounts Manager stock

- Control and manage the process regarding default payment

- Update internal control procedures of the On-Trade service

- Translate partnerships conditions in SAP (Vistex)


Education & Languages

  • Fluency in French, German, Swiss German, English, Italian is a plus
