Position

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join Fresh in our headquarters located in New York City. The main objective of this position is to support key retailers and field members in order to execute programs and drive sales. It is inclusive of the direct management of the independents accounts and direct support of the Bluemercury account.

 

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support of key retailers and field members
    • Communicate to NA retailers on new launch and non-sellable allocations (samples, GWP, ...)
    • Support the field team for all non-sellable ordering (samples, GWP, supplies, gratis, testers and carstock)
    • Maintain distribution setup as we open and close doors / accounts / field change
  • Forecasting
    • Forecast replenishment, new launches and one shot on a monthly basis
    • Manage the discontinuation of SKUs
  • Reporting
    • Own reporting & sales analysis for select channels
    • Own reporting development, evolution, enhancement
    • Responsible for information integrity and organization; information systems integrity
  • Drive Independents sales
    • Nurture accounts to drive sales / grow profitability and gain exposure in new markets
    • Track sales and growth of independent accounts; review weekly and YTD sales figures
    • Explore new business opportunities and strategically partner while respecting existing retailer partnerships
  • Directly Support Bluemercury account
    • Achieving and Exceeding Fresh Sales Goals
    • Ordering collateral and ensuring the prudent, cost-efficient use of testers, sampling, gifts with purchase, and trial sizes
    • Corporate responsibility for retailer- act as liaison between Fresh and retail accounts.

 

In order to qualify for the Sales Development Manager, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude
