Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Business Analysis & Actions

  • Deliver budget: monthly and yearly one
  • Develop business strategy by retailers
  • Work closely with GM to fix monthly target per store
  • Analyze weekly business and communicate clearly key priorities to field team
  • Work closely with Marketing team to understand strategic product launches and ensure MKT calendar will grow sales

2. Manage of Retail team

  • Guide Sales Development Managers (SDM) and Counter Managers (CM) to get their team to reach sales goals
  • Teach, coach, motivate and develop the field staff
  • Conduct MJSF (My journey so far) monthly performance review of SDM
  • Monthly performance review of team members (CM & BA) with SDM and Training Team
  • Work with GM on staffing levels based on productivity
  • Work closely with HR about recruitment headcount application, recruitment interview, contract briefing, commission calculation and other HR related matters (annual & sick leave, warning letter, medical follow up)
  • Ensure all counters are appropriately staffed with the right people in a timely manner: Final check on roster of counters

3. Work on the field

  • Lead by example and demonstrate 8 steps magic formula on the field
  • Make sure operations matters are smooth with field team
  • Work closely with Sales Executive to ensure stock are sufficient in all stores
  • Follow company and store policies on operation and HR procedure




  • 7 years Retail experience with minimum 3 years management experience
  • Proven strong sales and service track record
  • Ability to analyze and manage budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Promote "feel good/fun environment" for field team and customers
  • Professional and approachable individual with an effective two-way communicator
  • Appreciate team work culture and strong ability to motivate others
  • Proficient computer and language skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retail Manager
