> Negotiate and construct contracts for responsible channels/ regions at the best interest of MHD and ensure terms and conditions are in line with MHD overall sales & marketing strategies
> Ensure A&P and FTT expenditure remains within agreed limits
> Closely monitor performance of contracted outlets to ensure immediate action is taken when outlets performance is behind
> Build good relationships with key trade customers in order to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance and goodwill.
> Continuously identify new business opportunities in the responsible channels
> Assist in managing regional contracts that are relevant to China
> Ensure price management that is in line with overall price mechanics of MHD to avoid upsetting price stability of key MHD brands
> Ensure high quality execution of merchandising, promotions and other trade related activities.
> Monitor market dynamics by assessing competitors' activities, evaluating market changes and trends, and recommending timely responsive actions
> Maintain clear and constructive communications with sales and marketing team, finance and logistic on a regular basis
> Develop members of IA team via continuous motivating and coaching team members
> Maintain an organized reporting system to ensure an insightful and holistic picture of business progress at all times
> Lead the development of IA business plan of the responsible region that is in line with overall MHD sales & marketing direction via a close communication with MHD sales & marketing team.
> Ensure efficient and accurate usage of Aspire by team members and leverage reports standards by managers
> University graduate in Business/Marketing/Management or equivalent
> Excellent English & Chinese communication skills
> Minimum 8 years working experience in the multi-national FMCG company
> Knowledge in spirits market, brand specifications and competitor products
> Well organized with good analytical skills
> Good presentation, communication, negotiation and planning skills
