  • To achieve the agreed monthly and annual objectives set by the Sr. Sales Manager, responsible for On-Trade channel such as ClubKTVBar.
  • To manage team to gain market share, especially in contracted outlets, coach the team to think and act more effectively.
  • To call on and render the quality services on customers assigned regularly according to the call plan.
  • To ensure maximum facing and display in best position of the Company's core brands in all outlets in assigned areas.
  • To explore new potential outlets for further development of the Company's core brands.
  • To monitor and report the retail price management in all outlets to management.



  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Good Chinese & English (preferred).
  • Good communication skills.
  • 8 to 10 years with FMCG company.
  • Understanding of marketing and finance.
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
