Position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To achieve the agreed monthly and annual objectives set by the Sr. Sales Manager, responsible for On-Trade channel such as ClubKTVBar.
- To manage team to gain market share, especially in contracted outlets, coach the team to think and act more effectively.
- To call on and render the quality services on customers assigned regularly according to the call plan.
- To ensure maximum facing and display in best position of the Company's core brands in all outlets in assigned areas.
- To explore new potential outlets for further development of the Company's core brands.
- To monitor and report the retail price management in all outlets to management.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
- Good Chinese & English (preferred).
- Good communication skills.
- 8 to 10 years with FMCG company.
- Understanding of marketing and finance.
- Knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
