Reporting directly to our Director Sales Perfume - Amenities Worldwide & Switzerland you are responsible for developing Bulgari Hotel Line Collection to top luxury 5* or equivalent Hotel groups and independent hotels in European markets in a sustainable way. You are in charge of managing, leading and developing Commercial and Marketing strategies as well as the brand image in your area.
In this role, you proactively collect, develop and analyze industry, market and competitors on an ongoing basis. You ensure a continuous scouting of the assigned area in order to exploit all business opportunities. You follow your partners ‘activities and trend of sales, particularly for distributors and directly handed hotels by monitoring sales and stock levels, collecting forecast and sales reports. You perform presentations in your market of reference and manage relationships with Key customer accounts, Regional Groups, Hotel General Managers and with all customer stakeholders involved in the amenities purchasing decision process. You ensure that strategies are in line with our vision.
Finally, you support your manager with all contractual aspects through our third party partners, following up the negotiations and providing recommendations. You are responsible for the assigned budget and for the achievement of the established revenue targets and managing all issues related to accounts receivable. You also participate on project teams, communicate cross-functionally with internal departments, and perform other duties.
You have a university degree in Economics, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent education and at least 2 years' experience in Sales, preferably in the luxury or premium industry. Fluent in German, English and French, Italian would be an asset; you are flexible for travelling up to 50% mainly in Europe. A first international experience in the perfume environment or in a hotel would be an advantage.
