As ambassador of the Brand, you guide the partners in the achievement of sales and profitability targets and in the execution of Retail excellence. Leveraging on the brand guidelines and agenda, you propose and implement the sales strategy to ensure Bulgari excellence of execution, making existing agreements more profitable and developing an effective relationship with current and new partners in line with the objectives assigned to the Country.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will be responsible to develop and execute the sales strategy consistently to our global Brand objectives that you will adapt for local relevance. You will take ownership to guide your business partner's team in building a client-centric focus, proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals and ensuring that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. You will motivate Sales teams and develop them to the next level.
Partner Management & Business Development
Collaborating closely with your business partners, you prepare and implement yearly development plans, set and manage performance review meetings to identify new business opportunities and maintain excellent level of partnership. You build a strong relationship with the field through regular visits to the Point of Sales.
You proactively monitor the sales results, perform stock and orders analysis anticipating potential issues and making sure that the monthly forecast and sell-out targets are achieved. You scout new client targets, competition, and touristic flows in order to propose and support commercial and marketing actions and guide the network development proposing new openings, closings, according to commercial strategies in line with company guidelines and profitability.
Finally, you manage with your Business Partner the negotiation of margins, pricing, payment terms, discount policies. You define and present the most appropriate product assortment, collect orders and follow-up the delivery and invoicing process.
Sales Team Development
In agreement with your Partner's organization, you define, monitor and challenge Sales teams on KPIs as well as on Client Experience to be consistent with Bulgari standards and expectations. You coach the Sales Team members in order to ensure the best level of skills and motivation. Working closely with the Sales Trainer, you identify the training needs to constantly guarantee best-in-class know-how and ensure a constant focus on visual merchandising following Bulgari guidelines.
You have a university degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration with at least 5 years' experience in Retail Management with previous exposure to Wholesale in the watch luxury industry.
A previous role as Area Sales Manager is an asset.
You have a strong expertise in Business vision & execution (sales and retail, marketing and market development) and confirmed skills in deal structuring and negotiations. You have proven successful record of accomplishment in business model management, as well as in budget management and profit optimization. At ease with MS Office, you are fluent in English, French and German.
