Position

12 month temporary contract

Based in Worsley, Manchester

Applicants must have right to work in the UK and be able to start the role within the next month.

Mission:

  • Management of TAG Heuer display orders for UK wide retailers
  • Professionally handle sales related email queries and telephone calls
  • Manage staff purchase processing

Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Provide sales administration support to the Trade Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Daily management and processing of display requests.
  • Support display changeovers with retailers and organise with logistics department Ordering of display with Switzerland once confirmed with marketing team & receipting into stock
  • Liaise with marketing team with regards to new campaigns, delivery times etc
  • Support Trade Marketing Team with new store openings, ordering stock and working to tight delivery deadlines
  • Working with logistics department ensuring minimum stock levels at all times
  • Main point of contact for display enquiries from brand directors and retailers
  • Ensure display stock levels are in line with database records at all times
  • Carryout quarterly Stocktakes with the support of Finance
  • Manage POS back office system using in-house database
  • Responding to high volumes of sales related email and website enquiries
  • Share telephone cover within department and provide support on other departmental tasks to cover team member holidays
  • Staff purchase order processing
  • Maintain up to date brand and product knowledge
  • Support Brand Administrators with Administration projects

Profile

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

  • A-Level/NVQ level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Business Administration Qualification/Training

Professional Experience:

  • Previous sales/business administration experience (luxury industry preferable)
  • Able to produce reports and documentation for senior executives
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience of managing relationships with key customers
  • Experience of stock management and systems
  • Experience of working with departmental targets and deadlines

Profile:

  • Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems (ideally stock & order processing)
  • Able to work under pressure with a good degree of numeracy and accuracy
  • Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with strict deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness and reliability
  • Able to work flexibly, embrace change and to work as part of a team
