Position

The Sales Operations Coordinator will directly support Kenzo points of sale in North America to achieve their business plans through both sales floor and back office responsibilities. This person is key in supporting teams and businesses by creating a link between HQ operations and customer experience in store.

BRAND AMBASSADOR: 

 

  • Carry and communicate an authentic passion and pride for the brand

  • Maintain a thorough and strong understanding of the brand DNA, product lines, and news

STORE SUPPORT & TRAINING:

  • Organize, execute, and assist product knowledge clinics and brand trainings to store associates
  • Organize and promote selling contests with store staff
  • Function as a liaison between store staff and HQ teams to ensure all key messages are being transmitted
  • Be an active presence in key retail partners and develop on the floor relationships to support business
  • Ensure all POS have proper supplies and materials to operate efficiently

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Implement and maintain all visual guidelines in designated POS
  • Monitor and organize stock in each location; identify, report, and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist customers on selling floor, connect them with Sales Associates and Customer Care as needed

 SALES / BUSINESS MONITORING:

  • Write reports to keep HQ team updated on store activities, qualitative feedbacks on products, visual Merchandising, inventory
  • Review shipping and delivery rates against actual inventory in store
  • Partner with ADV & Logistics to support merchandise flow and delivery

 SPECIAL PROJECTS & OPENINGS:

  • Collaborate on special projects for brand (pop-ups, store events, activations etc.)
  • Assist with Store Opening preparations and planning  

Profile

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • 1+ years' experience in a Retail and/or Wholesale business with direct experience in selling to customers
  • Previous work experience with a European and/or Luxury brand strongly desired
  • College Degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Extensive travel required
