>  Annual Sales Target Planning: -Translation of annual sales plan into detailed breakdown by brand / sku targets by channel, region, salesman, month -Continuous tracking & monthly reporting of performance, verification of data, timely variance analysis, recommendations & realignment -Annual pricing / distribution / stock / visibility targets, tracking, analysis & reporting -Channel profitability analysis -Contract account evaluation, record & tracking -Regular scheduled coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance on variance >  Brand / Channel Activation Plans: -Coordination & alignment of most efficient way of turning planned brand strategies into workable & efficient channel activation plans -Detailed target setting -Establish schedule & responsibilities (Sales & Marketing) to ensure efficient activation -Continuous tracking & reporting of performance, verification of data, timely variance analysis, recommendations & realignment >  Management of Business Support teams: -Manage ‘Wholesaler Order Taking' to ensure efficient phasing, stock management, payment process & development of Quarterly wholesaler KPI performance reports with recommendations -Manage ‘Sales Administration' in efficient performance of account creation / maintenance, data capture & validation, regular reporting -Manage ‘Business Planning' covering various roles: Market data analysis / Business performance tracking data, systems & validation / Strategic planning evaluation support / MHT presentation documentation >  Process Efficiency, Validity & Compliance: -Full knowledge & understanding of the various business processes & systems the Sales team uses to interface with other functions & to generate performance reports -Ensure validity of data used to drive analysis & decision making -Seek to ensure optimum efficiency of processes with aim of ensuring maximisation of Sales team time in market / with customer -Tracking & control of payments / incentives to the Trade to ensure accurate records, reporting & compliance with MH control procedures


>  Strong analytical & problem-solving skills >  5-7 year experience in related sales function >  Good numeracy >  Effective inter-functional collaboration & inter-personal skills >  Strong project / time management skill set >  Ability to collect, organize & analyse data logically to aid clear decision making >  Excellent presentation & communication skills in both Chinese & English >  Actively seeking to gain in-market context & experience >  University graduate: Business, Finance, Economics, Science areas preferred
