The Skills Development Manager is part of the MH Academy team/ Sales transformation department.

 

Strategy

Participate to the implementation of the MH Academy strategy: Help our sales people to grow in order to deliver the customer promise

 

Blended Learning content production

Develop high level sales education solutions adapted to sales people needs (sales skills, core knowledge)

Involve markets in development and pilots

Develop constant researches on new innovative training solutions adapted to MH business.

 

Cascade, animate and measure impact

Define the gobal roll our strategy in coordination with regions

Train the trainers in regions & markets

Animate the community

Follow activities, promote best practices, collect feedback and measure impact


Profile

Education :    

  • College degree, Business School
  • >10 years of experience in Sales / Education
  • Trade knowledge  

 

Languages : Fluent English and French
