Louis Vuitton is seeking a Distribution & Manufacturing Project Manager based in our New York City office on our IT team. Reporting to the Back-Office Sr. Manager, your mission will be representing LVA in worldwide community and act as a key point of contact for the business teams in relation to the Distribution & Manufacturing Applications.
As the Distribution & Manufacturing Project Manager, you will lead major projects as needed in coordination with the LVA Solution and Infrastructure teams as well as the Central Organization (Headquarters) teams. You will work closely to identify opportunities and to define the LVA roadmap in alignment with the global manufacturing project management strategy. You will act as a Business Analyst and Internal Consultant in collaboration with Back Office department heads including Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution & Manufacturing to fully define requirements and create solutions. You will be expected to be deeply knowledgeable of the various technologies, software, solution employed, this includes ERP systems and all integration.
We are eager to meet individuals who have at least 8-10 years of experience in progressively increasing responsibilities in IS&T with a strong preference in a retail environment. Senior skills on SAP PP/WM and integration with other SAP modules are required. Professional experience in an global organization is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have excellent general IT skills, as well as the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders. Please note that this role can expect extensive travel to our workshop located in Dallas, Texas starting in 2021.
