The Seasonal Client Advisor will be responsible for providing an elevated customer experience to all clients, acting as a brand representative and striving to meet and exceed all personal and store goals.

Essential duties and job responsibilities include:

Customer Service, Client Relations and Sales:
>  Strive to meet and exceed personal, category and store goals and individual KPIs.
>  Actively build client book; follow-through with clients requests, concerns and inquiries; maintain client correspondence to build and
enhance relationships and drive sales.
>  Service customers according to the Louis Vuitton Signature selling ceremony and quality service expectations.
>  Continuously build knowledge of company history, heritage, product, and the competitive market.
>  Maintain a professional appearance and behaviors and follow Louis Vuitton dress code standards and etiquette.
>  Handle special requests such as in-store repairs, special orders, hot-stamping, returns, etc.
>  Support all company initiatives as they relate to product launches, client service and selling.

Team Relations:
>  Partner with the team towards achieving store goals.
>  Maintain open/ongoing communication and positive, professional relationships with store management, peers and other levels of
company personnel.
>  Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately at all times.
>  Where requested, participate in the training of new service associates.

>  Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
>  Maintain all practices, policies and systems as specified by Keepall philosophy.
>  Participate in cycle and inventory counts.
>  Effective utilization of POS system, DREAM and other systems, as necessary.
>  Perform store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
>  Perform opening/closing duties store as needed.
>  Participate in company asset protection.

>  Participate in maintenance of visual standards.


Minimum 2-4 years specialty retail experience

Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing


Dependable, punctual, flexible

Excellent problem solving skills

Computer literacy a must

Be fashion-forward, and have a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry

Be a team player; pro-active attitude

Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary
