Louis Vuitton Selfridges are recruiting for a full time Aftersales Coordinator to join their back of house team.
As the professional in charge of Aftercare you will secure the operational efficiency in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure a smooth process for clients from the point of receipt of their faulty item right through to the return of the item to the client. In addition to this you will ensure the teams are adequately trained to support the above. You will embody the 4 Louis Vuitton attitudes on a day to day basis; empathy, curiosity, agility, commercial mindset.
Key duties and responsibilities:
> After Sales Services
> Approach After Care Services as a Client relationship opportunity and provide the best Client experience
> Manage and ensure quality issues are properly dealt with
> Develop your expertise in carrying out in store repairs to the quality standards expected by our clients
> Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the "My repair" platform.
> Ensure the organisation of the aftersales area is clear and user-friendly for all team members with a view to maximizing the client experience
> Ensure the lead time from Receipt to sending to Cergy is respected.
> Liaise with Paris Aftersales department
> Regularly communication to mangers regarding any relevant aftersales topics
> Ensure regular communication with the stock team to ensure the correct management of defective exchanges
> Develop and train all team members on aftersales in addition to the develop and train a back-up Aftersales co-ordinator
> Ensure regular follow up with clients regarding their items or queries
> Conduct regular morning briefs
> Manage the aftersales feedback on Voice with team members and mangers and create actions based on the feedback.
> Maintain and control the repairs holding
> Leading repair inventories across the concessions
> General duties
> Developing aftersales expertise in your store
> Follow the company's policies and procedures
> Be fully integrated to the store team (participate in the morning briefing) and contribute to achieving the overall objectives
of the store
> According to store: support the Client Advisors in optimizing match to traffic and better adapt aftersales to Clients needs
> Develop the highest Brand and product knowledge
> Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
