The Selling Manager - Perfume is responsible for local-specific opportunities that will enhance selling and drive incremental opportunities, including but not limited to recruitment, coaching, training, event execution, and key moment selling. She / He will assume full responsibility in terms of BA's and Freelancers performance, in addition to building strong relationships and partnerships with Retailers, within the assigned Trade Market.


Identify opportunities, liabilities, and positive ROILeverage marketing calendars, new product launches, storewide promotions, Holiday intensification plans, anniversary plans, and competitive activityEnsure BA's and Freelancers execute Bulgari branded events in-store with excellence (strictly following guidelines); partner with and solicit support of local special event, marketing, and visual teams to drive salesRecruit, train and schedule BA's and FreelancersCoach, develop and motivate selling teams on a weekly and This role will take action under the direct supervision of the Regional Selling Manager.Utilize sales + staffing reports tmonthly basis, to meet/exceed sales plansMonitor Selling Team schedule adherence, productivity, and ROI effectivenessEnsure building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with all levels of store management, to secure and benefit from preferred vendor statusCollaborate with Education Manager to train BA's and Freelancers on new initiatives and selling techniquesProactively partner externally to ensure stock sufficiencyAdhere to spending guidelines with minimal (<2%) under spends to allocated budgets.
