  • To drive the wholesale business and increase profitability of each account in line with commercial strategy
  • Manage and maintain strong relations and partnership with key accounts
  • Ensure clients meet seasonal forecast
  • Target potential accounts and increase growth opportunities 


  • Active and autonomous management of wholesale accounts to achieve agreed sales targets, and to leverage all opportunities to increase sales forecast when the time is right
  • To open new wholesale accounts in line with the company objectives and to maximise the full potential of existing accounts
  • Partner with wholesale team to prepare for showroom calendar of events in London, NYC, Paris, Milan as well as trade shows as and when required
  • Monitor and utilise sell-through information, work on fast replenishment & swap offer (limited, on the base of 115 reorder vs 100 return and only on seasonal product in exchange of seasonal or carry over in exchange of carry over)
  • Proactively contact customers to propose available stock, firstly based upon available products at DC, secondly based upon future production if customer demands focus on non-available products
  • Assist Commercial Director on seasonal wholesale forecast, encourage and follow up further business opportunities including reorder, pop up events etc.
  • Carry out staff training in all stores to ensure the brand is well represented and understood
  • Ensure an excellent level of customer service, proactively partnering with Department stores and key accounts in driving sales with programs such as staff incentives, in-store events, and marketing exposure
  • Collaborate with the press team to support wholesale doors to get magazine credits and celebrity endorsement
  • Effective management of wholesale promotional strategy to ensure alignment to brand and drive full-price sales
  • Research & obtain new business
  • To produce end of season market report and share with senior management for future development
  • Make suggestions for improvements to wholesale processes and implement them as agreed with senior management
  • Coach and nurture the junior wholesale team to develop their account management skills, budget management and to encourage for personal and company success
  • Act as an Ambassador of the brand in the wholesale sector and any client facing encounter






  •  Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience, majority of experience in luxury footwear   
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Creative and innovative; able to deliver excellence; entrepreneurial
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
