Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Senior Analyst, FP&A for fresh global headquarters will assist in making key improvements of existing HQ Finance tasks and develop new function capabilities through various projects. Reporting to the Director of HQ FP&A, this position will be the main point of contact for all HQ departments as it pertains to departmental budget review and expenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Controlling and reporting business activities inclusive of sales, expenses, ad-hoc, on a daily / weekly / monthly / annual basis
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and providing variance analysis on monthly operating results against budget for assigned departments and business units
  • Serve as main Finance point of contact for various HQ departments performing full level of duties from assistance in processing payments to monthly budget reviews
  • Conducting special studies both through management directive and independently to analyze business operations and preparing recommendations for actions and controls
  • Assisting with and creating financial presentations for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Preparing, organizing, and improving financial documentation and schedules that create a better business analysis

Profile

  • Three or more years of experience in Investment Banking, Investment Data Analysis or Finance department/ role
  • Degree in Business/Economics/Accounting/Finance is required; MBA is a plus
  • Investment Banking experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of AX Dynamics is preferred
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, macros...)
  • Ability to execute daily tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented
  • Strong analytic, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Works well with a team or autonomously
