Position
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for sell out targets and ranking performance in Boutique channel through working with all related functions on effective marketing plan, training and strong leadership in managing the team while keeping brand image in the channel.
> Build up boutique growth strategy and business objectives for boutique channel through close collaboration with regional sales managers;
> Drive the overall business development and performance in boutique channel in collaboration with cross functions;
> Build up and continually review boutique performance KPIs and drive for the achievement through leading boutique development team and close collaborating with retail management team as well as cross functions;
> Make sure the best practice to be shared among boutique channel;
> Lead, supervise and coach the boutique development team to implement required execution at all levels including visual merchandising, service, customer relationship, etc.
> Build up and develop a strong boutique development team including Boutique Development Manager, Boutique Manager and Specialist;
> Budget the expense according to the business needs for the boutique function and make sure under good control

> Good knowledge to the retail management environment (cosmetics not a must)
> Proficient in retail channel, especially in stand-alone boutiques
Technical skills:
> Excellent MS office skills
Profile:
> 10+ years working experience; premium brand background is preferred
> Sales management or Retail operation experience in boutique channel is a MUST
> University graduate or above
> English is a MUST
