Position

      

1.       Operations Planning

-          Lead operations planning activities including but not limited to demand & supply forecast, stock locations planning, capacity planning, etc.

-          Contribute to sales and profitability throughout effective product/competitor analysis & stock management

 

2.       Sales Forecast

-          Develop bottom-up forecast at the sku-level by analyzing recent trends, historical sales, new product launches and seasonality

-          Develop top-down forecast for the budget reviews and on a monthly basis for all channels by analyzing recent replenishment trends and new product launches

-          Size the forecast at the right level for regular business, and anticipate sales of business expansion as well as special events

-          Regular review of forecast with HQ and each market in GC in order to drive for more accurate results

 

3.       Demand & Supply Management

-          Order Management

-          Inventory planning & monitoring

-          Old stock optimization

 

4.       Product Allocation

-          Coordinate with Wholesale, Retail and EC teams to determine proper assortment, optimize the product allocation among the markets and the distribution channels in Greater China to support the business as well as maximize the product availability

-          Make recommendations for future product development and assortment planning

-          Work with HQ ensure the products for GC markets can meet local requirements

 

5.       Business Intelligence

-          Assess competitive positioning of all TAG Heuer products in GC market

-          Analyze the market data and assess commercial trends by conducting efficient market/competitive intelligence tracking, industry research and new markets investigation

-          Support market research of novelties

 

6.       Operation Administration

-          Forecast sales for product purchase from HQ via TXT

-          Oversee monthly reporting of all commercial sales results.  Work closely with the commercial leaders to review trends and ensure data integrity on all commercial data and reports

-          Prepare presentations on sales trends, competitive marketplace and product performance

-          Operational efficiency review and improvement to enhance the productivity
