This function is responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and control of the TAG Heuer, and Zenith brands in North America. 


Reports to the Finance Director.  This position does not have any direct reports.  Interacts with members of the Finance team, commercial organization and marketing team. Communicates regularly with headquarters.



  • Prepare and maintain all monthly financial reporting package for TH US, TH Canada, and Zenith
  • Support the annual budget and forecast process for all brands
  • Monthly P&L reporting to VP of Finance, CEO and business partners
  • Performs variance analysis of actual v. budget for P&L accounts and cost centers and provides explanation of significant variances.
  • Prepares monthly analysis of Key Performance Indicators (cash, DOI, DSO, COGS, capital expenditures, etc.)
  • Aiding in month-end close (example: journal entries, accrual preparations, expense changes, etc.)
  • Manages allocation of accruals, write offs and expenses to appropriate cost centers
  • Improve existing excel models and their functionality
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports to various levels of management
  • Analyze expense trends and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management, summarizing results to budget and forecast
  • Business partner to Marketing team: (review actuals to budget with team, manage month end close process/accruals)
  • Works with internal department heads and TAG Heuer NA management on financial feasibility of business programs in order to ensure cost control, fiscal & legal responsibility
  • Participates in audits (internal, external, tax..)



  • Understands Finance concepts and impacts of decisions
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements and P&L
  • Expert Excel skills
  • Strong Analytical skills - Ability to identify trends/issues and anticipate the impact on the business or organization.  Is able to construct reports that clearly illustrate issues/opportunities/trends and facilitate decision making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi task under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to build financial models for budget and forecast




  • Business School qualification or a Master's degree in Finance
  • 3-5 years of FP&A experience- budgets and reporting
  • Multi-brand/ consolidation experience
  • Has experience with building financial models from scratch with limited oversight
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in fast paced setting
