Louis Vuitton Amercias is recruiting for a highly experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Senior HR Manager to support their corporate team based in New York. Reporting into the SVP for HR, this position will have accountability for talent development & succession planning, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits and organizational effectiveness. Working closely with the corporate leadership team you will help support on optimizing workplace performance in order to achieve business goals through strategic recruiting, HR planning, change management, organizational design and talent management. This role partners with business leaders on all talent and hiring matters and will coach leadership on performance management. Additionally this role will manage centralized initiatives as well as consolidations of all human resources activities inclusive of, but not limited to activities related to employee reviews, headcount, staff costs as well as other corporate deployed projects.


We are seeking to speak to individuals who have a strong generalist background with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources as a generalist in the United States within an international corporate organization. Given that this role has both strategic as well as tactical responsibilities, this role will suit a HR professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid professional working relationships at all levels. With significant knowledge in the principles and practices of Human Resources administration, successful candidates will have excellent problem solving and communication skills, ability to calmly & confidently deal with conflict management. Working closely with a wide range of business partners the ability command and influences people is key to this role along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people.
