Position

The Senior Manager of Internal Control will ensure the internal control environment of the company is in line with LVMH Group Internal Control Framework ("ICF") by providing support and advice to all level of the organization on Internal Control matters: key controls, policies and procedures, guidelines, best practices, compliance, fraud prevention. - Conduct internal audits in all markets and propose recommendations with high value added enabling the strengthening of internal control quality and respect, as well as operational efficiency.

Profile

This individual will be responsible for the following: Internal Control >  Oversee the internal control environment of the company:  Document or update financial & internal business controls procedures, compliance policy for worldwide implementation when applicable  Recommend internal control improvements  Offer an advisory role to business process owners to ensure key risks and controls are addressed, and in compliance with LVMH Group Internal Control Framework >  Coordinate and improve the annual internal control self-assessment process known as "Enterprise Risk Internal Control Assessment" ("ERICA") within LVMH Group:  Define the ERICA calendar to ensure that entities are completing the assessment on time  Review entities' assessment and documentation provided in the ERICA tool  Review entities' internal control letter of representations  Prepare and issue the letter of representation for Fresh, to be addressed to LVMH Group CFO >  Represent the company for Ethics & Compliance:  In connection with LVMH Group Ethics & Compliance Director, ensure that Fresh is compliant with the group requirements: review of risk mapping, define action plan for mitigation of top risks >  Prepare training material for new and existing employees on concepts related to risks and controls, on T&E, etc. Risk Management >  Re-assess annually the major risks identified for the company in close partnership with the risk sponsors, follow-up remediation plan and update the risk matrix accordingly >  Provide the Executive Committee the annual assessment and risk matrix for approval before submission at group level Internal Audit >  Conduct operational and financial audits following the audit plan:  Each Q4, propose to Audit Committee the audit plan for the following year for review and approval  Prepare audit scope and planning, and seek for an internal audit/ control resource, if and when necessary  Propose corrective actions, review local management's responses and issue audit report >  Follow up remediation of audit findings from LVMH Group, P&C, and Fresh internal audit assignments >  Perform specific audits (expenditures, T&E, etc.) Project Management >  Role may include: identifying information systems, defining specs and ensuring the implementation, roll out, and training on IS tools enabling process improvement and efficiency (such as online booking tools for example, etc.)

Additional information

>  Master Degree or MBA in Finance >  Minimum 6 years of experience in a Big 4 with an internal audit/ risk management role. Corporate experience in an international group would be a plus. >  Ability to work under pressure >  Driven for excellence and result >  Solid knowledge of business processes, risk management, and information systems (POS, CRM, ERP, etc.) >  Excellent communication and writing skills with:  Strong ability to partner in cross functional environment  Ability to interact with business owners regardless of hierarchy  Positive and dynamic mindset >  Highest level of integrity and trust is a must >  Logical thinking, fast learner, focused and action driven >  Fluent in English, and a second language (Mandarin or French) is a plus
