Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute all aspects of Marketing, Digital & CRM programmes in line with business objectives.
- Monitor day to day business performance, prepare retail business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review.
- Responsible for development & co-ordination of marketing material, in-store & external events, etc.
- Line up potential business partners and joint-promotion events to maximize the business potential.
- Develop and liaise with production houses on visual merchandising and marketing collaterals e.g. press release, seasonal lightbox, in-store décor, content and images for digital platform and social media, to enhance brand image.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Degree holder preferable in Marketing / Communications / Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2-4 years of solid marketing experience in Marketing / Retail Marketing / Event / Cosmetics field
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
- Independent, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving with positive working attitude
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
