  • Assist Product Managers to execute and follow up 360 Product launch campaign and promotion actions as well as on-going support to the business
  • Prepare post promotion reports and analysis on the performance of each product launch and promotion action
  • Monitoring competitors information including competitor's pricing, trade activities, value sets, GWP, pricing positioning, outdoors strategy share with retail supervisors and discuss for promotion suggestions
  • Assist Digital & CRM function head to follow up the regular CRM tasks e.g. maintaining loyalty programme, following up workshop or VIP events, etc.
  • Support on coordinating the CRM-related documents such as quarterly newsletter, stationary and mailers
  • Conduct post event analysis including quantitative and qualitative evaluation for future planning and drive CRM program effectiveness
  • Support the logistics and implementation of PR programs and special events
  • Logistic support to ensure in-house materials are delivered to the events / workshops venues in time and accurately
  • Execute routine jobs of marketing team and other ad-hoc duties as assigned





  • University graduate, preferably in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years marketing or communications experience
  • Have initiative & creativity in formulating brand and marketing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail minded, well organized
  • Multi-tasking, efficient, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Team player, mature, independent, positive and responsible
  • Computer literacy and numerically intelligent
  • Close to consumer trends and have a passion for luxury retail and beauty industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (both English and Chinese version)
