Position

 

MARKETING

  • Strategically develop effective and with measurable KPI marketing plan, covers product launch, concept launch, digital, PR Communication, landlord/ trade marketing and CRM. 
  • Plan and communicate marketing strategy and guideline, update to Brand General Manager and HQ department on regular basis to ensure global consistency.  
  • Implementation of plan and guidelines and follow up and follow thru to ensure perfect execution and measure result and manage test & learn action plan.
  • Track and analyze new launches and promotion sell out result (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Work closely with shopping mall/ trade/ clients marketing team on developing location specific marketing activities.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal department, including retail operation team, SSC and HQ marketing, digital, and PR.   

EVENT PLANNING

  • Organize and follow thru all internal and external events.

COMMUNICATION

  • Strategic content development for local websites, digital platform such as Facebook, IG, WeChat, etc POSM material
  • Adapt and coordinate communication strategy between HQ and Local PR service provider with event execution, press materials.
  • Share press clipping and reviews to HQ & Retail operation team regularly

REPORTING & FINACIAL

  • Full responsibility on plan and track A&P budget including event P&L.
  • To analyze customer, product performance, pricing, forecast, PR, digital, communication, market competitiveness data collection, with monthly report.

MERCHANDISING

  • Communicate, plan and execute visual merchandising strategy
  • Ensure guideline are respected in all POS
  • Build planograms and visual merchandising guidelines for shop in conjunction with HQ teams

Profile

PROFILE

  • University graduates
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Putonghua.
  • 10years+ working experience in luxury/ retail/ marketing, preferred in beauty industry but not essential

Additional information

POSITION OVERVIEW

Directly report to Brand General Manager Hong Kong and will be responsible for the marketing/ product/ digital/ communication strategy and its implementation.

Optimize and adapt all marketing resources available in order to meet sales turnover objectives (both Sell-in, Sell-out and Wholesale) for all boutiques and/or other channels (including e-commerce/ spa/ corporate business) and maximize brand awareness in the marketing and visibility in its location.
