Key Accountabilities:

1) Media Plan Direction
>  Guide on the Development on brand media strategy, drive POV and set media goal based on business objective, should possess evaluation on
- Media scene evolution
- Consumer's media usage evolution
- Competitor's media activity
- Understanding brand strategy & category knowledge
- HIstorical performance learnings
>  Gate keep on Plan delivery - timeline, quality, KPIs setting
>  Support on internal presentation of aligned plan at KPR meeting
>  Support to communicate with Central team on local aligned plan
2) Drive buying efficiency based on the set KPIs according to media objectives
3) Assets Management / Coordination
>  Lead team members on learning on previous campaign and provide best assets application direction to central team based on campaign communication needs and media mix aligned.
4) Budget management
5) Team system management - Reports / Campaign Fling, Billing etc according to the aligned team needs
6) Collaborating with PR team, to amplify brand & product news, via all possible media resources, in the most cost efficient cooperation.
7) Media competitive intelligence enhancement
8) Team coaching

Technical skills:
>  10 years or above related experience, familiar with media terminology, previous experience in cosmetics/luxury brands preferred
>  Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
>  Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
