Position

>  Market understanding and analysis a) Regular consumer and market panels (i.e. Beaute Research) analysis to closely monitor market share and ranking and set the right target for the category b) Regular competitive analysis on competitors' launches, activities, competitive offerings (claims, pricing, performance, etc.) and media clipping c) Consumer understanding of target customers, their profile, behavior, needs and expectations to set the right communication >  Category Performance a) Campaign management - Develop local launch plans with 360 support based on marketing calendar and launch platforms from HQ - Work closely with media & communication team, propose the right communication mix, according to each launch target - Work with media manager on the implementation of monthly media plan - Developing lay-out and artwork with agency within deadlines - Prepare advertorial and POP materials with co-ordination with Training Dept., to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication - Closely monitor SO results: daily tracking for new launches during campaign period and rolling 12 months monitoring of all novelties b) Regular portfolio management - Update timely product information, including new launches and EOL, in the system and launch plan/active list - Work closely with local RA for HP registration and secure OCD - Weekly and monthly analysis on category/franchise/products performance, both SO and CRM data - Identify building blocks of the category and reflect in plans. - Be responsible of catalog rationalization, based on data analysis and aligned building blocks. c) Sales Forecast and Inventory Control - Provide monthly sell-out forecast, to meet with target - Work closely with forecasting manager for sell-out forecast and accuracy - Set monthly target for key SKUs to sales and closely track the achievement - Monitor closely inventory and slow moving items and provide solution - EOL stock management d) Channels management - Identify opportunities in each channel and develop adequate product strategy/MKT support - Be the key contact point from MKT and actively involved in "Fragrance Only Boutiques" opening & operations to optimize marketing support and maximize fragrance business e) Promotional Activities Design promotional plans based on marketing strategy and budgeting guidelines to deliver category sales target >  Communication and Team Management a) Work closely and communicate at ease internally and with all cross function departments b) Prepare and attend monthly meetings with channels and cross functions. c) Manage and coach agencies to achieve best quality in all deliverables d) Develop the subordinates to build an efficient team

Profile
