Louis Vuitton is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Store Planning team who will be based in the New York City office.  Along with the team, the Project Manager will assist in managing the design and construction process of Louis Vuitton's stores, focusing on temporary stores and small projects.  In conjunction with the Project Manager on the team and the VP of Store Planning, you will be responsible for executing brand specifications and work plans delivered from Paris within set budgets and time frames to support the Company's business.

As an individual who has prior experience in project management, you will assist with budget preparation, negotiations, monitor schedules for various projects, and coordinate architectural and construction activities involved with the current projects.  With strong technical skills, you will create a schedule of all phases of the project using the designated software systems, including AutoCAD and Photoshop.  Working directly with the VP of Store Planning and the Regional teams in Retail, you will assist in preparing progress reports on each project and ensure each job is as close to schedule as possible.


We are eager to speak to professionals with a minimum of five years' experience in applicable Retail Store Planning project management and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related Engineering field.  The ideal candidate has a background working in an Architectural firm and has experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Excel.  In addition, you will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work in a fast paced environment and strong problem solving abilities.
