Position

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing and overseeing a highly effective full life-cycle talent acquisition program, including talent sourcing, position filling, employer branding activities in partnership with HRPB's and hiring managers of the whole company


Profile

TALENT ACQUISITION:
>  Partner with HRBP's and hiring managers to understand immediate, mid-range, and long-term
personnel needs.
>  Manages full life cycle of recruitment process with a strong focus on for Executive & Managers profiles from discovery meeting with hiring manager, sourcing and screenings candidates, submitting the most qualified candidates to hiring team, participating in the interview process and hiring decision
>  Build and maintain broad network of potential candidates through pro-active research, recruitment activities (e.g., resume mining, employee referrals, career fairs, internal and external postings, networking activities, market outreach), and ongoing relationship management with the aim to anticipate business needs and increase awareness and market benchmark
>  Consistently look for and recommend ideas and innovative approaches
>  Develops and implements cost effective sourcing and advertising that will minimize the time it takes to fill positions
>  Leads talent acquisition business reviews with HRBP's and hiring managers, identifies gaps in recruitment/interview process and provides recommendations of improvement
>  Promote, develop and execute new recruiting projects and tools
>  Selection of suppliers/ external agencies negotiating conditions and managing related relationships
>  Maintenance of accurate and concise records and reporting, monitor recruiting KPIs
>  Manage candidate flow with ATS program and achieve maximum use of program functionalities
>  Provide meaningful metrics on average open to fill time, advanced interview to hire ratios, and other reporting as needed.

EMPLOYER BRANDING

>  Position and leverage the Employer Brand through dedicated communication and projects suporting business needs
>  Partecipate in the creation ad implementation of Employer Branding including new key partnerships with international schools on company projects
>  Support in the organization of employer branding events such as In-Company Trainings, job fair, business case, workshop, etc.
>  Prepare material for businesse case, workshops, career fairs, and other employer branding events.
>  Work in partnership with LVMH HR community, developing new ideas
>  Work closely with the Recruiting Manager to elaborate inputs for the LinkedIn communication strategy


Additional information

>  MSc degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
>  Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience in multinational Company
>  Proven track record in sourcing, screening and managing candidates at mid - senior level
>  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
>  Ability to act as proactive advisor striving for innovation and creativity
>  Excellent communication and presentation skills
>  Ability in proactively networking & establishing effective working relationships
>  Strong team player coupled with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
>  Passionate and committed to excellence
>  Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus
