- To reach the monthly and yearly sales turnover by doing replenishment and new products sell-in.
- To work with company closely for all the sales/operation process.
- To review sales performance
- To monitor the proper execution of visual merchandising standards.
- To improve merchandising at boutique in order to increase the brand exposure.
- To improve knowledge of brand and products
- To co-ordinate joint promotions, regular change of visual, corner renewal/installation with marketing team.
- To work with Logistic team in stock control versus sales by preparing stock forecast reports.
- To collect competitor's information from the market.
- To communicate with Logistic team about daily delivery schedule.
- 5-8 years solid experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from high-end luxury retail industry and at least 3 years in senior sales position.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Sales-oriented and resulted-oriented
- Excellent customer servicing skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinking, creative and effective
- High integrity, ethics and values
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Ambassador.
