Position

The history of Chaumet has been entwined with the History of France ever since its founding in 1780, in Paris. Indeed, the Maison very quickly became the official jeweller to Empress Josephine. The High Jewellery savoir-faire of the Maison has been passed down through generations of jewellers for 235 years. As part of the LVMH Group, Chaumet is expanding its presence in Australia with boutiques in Sydney and Melbourne. We are looking for a Senior Sales Ambassador with experience in the luxury retail industry to join our team in Chadstone.


Profile

  • Strategic Selling: Maximize sales opportunities and develop potential clients
  • Embody Chaumet DNA and represent as the Chaumet Brand Ambassador
  • Story telling/client experience: ability to bring emotion, surprise and culture to the client
  • Clienteling: Follow-up all sales leads and develop your clients into long term relationships
  • Boutique environment: maintain excellent condition of all displays, be aware of all security procedures, participate in all stock-takes and in general, maintain the boutique to ensure smooth operations
  • Be a strong Team Player: assist your colleagues in sales and actively participate to the daily duties of the boutique
  • Perform all After Sales Service front office activities directly related to final customers
  • Collaboratively work with the management and keep them informed with new ideas to improve everyday business in the boutique
  • Achieving sales targets and building greater product awareness for our customers

Additional information

  • Previous experience with minimum 4-6 years, and track record in sales within a luxury retail environment; candidates with high jewelry, timepiece or luxury skincare will be considered favorably
  • Experience in consultative selling
  • Results-driven with an ability to work towards sales targets
  • Flair, confidence, creativity and a passion for customer service
