> To lead holistic off-trade, including ecommerce, marketing resource allocation, planning, and performance tracking for all MHD brands.
1. Lead the team to further optimize current methodology on allocating trade related resources following the guidelines and schemes agreed.
2.Develop the methodology and the process to track the effective usage of promotion resources in off-trade and ecommerce channel, including PG.
3.Conduct resource usage effectiveness analysis on monthly basis and build up the communication mechanism to share the results with key stakeholders.
4.Co-work with PG management agency to set up effective management on off-trade PG performance, including recruiting, training and evaluation.
> To lead mega off-trade or ecommerce campaign, such as CNY/MAF, JD 618, Taobao 1111 and etc., from planning to execution.
1.Lead the mega promotion mechanics setup, premium and FOC allocation, promotion execution, as well as weekly performance tracking.
2.Build up process to control the route-to-market of premium and FOC.
> To help department head to develop or improve process of Trade Marketing function to fulfill the department mission.
1.Support sales team on key clients development, i.e. Sam's club, JD and etc.
2.Lead the setup of POSM management system, including smoothing the process, building up e-workflow, evaluating current service providers, tracking the usage of POSM.
3.Maintain Trade Marketing commercial database or other platform to insure information sharing between brand marketing, trade marketing and sales.
4.Support the development of Sales Playbook for Off-Trade Channel.
> To work on other Ad Hoc projects, i.e. eWorkflow development, Champaign & Wine visibility project in modern OFF trade.
> University graduate from a good school in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.
> Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English.
Professional experience & know how:
> Min 7-8 years of relevant experience in marketing/ sales gained from FMCG/ retail/ luxury goods industry or relevant management consultancy experience.
> Good understanding of the wine & spirit industry.
