MISSION

  • Implement training programs and leading training activities            
  • Develop BAs and Trainers' skills and improve their productivity and the caliber of their work to reach the business goals
  • Overseeing the creation, management and execution of training, learning and development programs
  • Coaching, mentoring and leading training team
  • Identify core competencies of BAs and Trainers
  • Represent GUERLAIN values during HPP/POS animations and press events

 

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
  • Conduct and supervise training and development programs for BAs
  • Transmit the way of developing skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work, and building loyalty to the brand
  • Set up specific training plans to strengthen employee's existing skills
  • Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
  • Make training plan monthly, quarterly
  • Keep training materials up to date
  • Training for trainers
  • Training for retail supervisors and retail managers
  • Supervising the work of trainers
  • Evaluating training and development programs
  • Regulate grooming and uniform guidance
  • Visits counters and concept stores for coaching and refresh training
  • Manage customers' complaint.
  • Communicate with Retails Managers and Marketing team for achieve target through on and on support
  • Communicate with HQ training team for feedback sharing and update training information
  • Participate in PR activities, VIP workshop and events
  • Analyze sales result and consolidate feedback from POS and trainers
  • Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets
  • Appraisal competency of trainers and BAs
  • Report to Brand General Manager
