Position

>  To stay ahead of and monitor all social buzz via social listening tools. To provide regular updates to brand teams. To stay alert on any noteworthy trends, and act promptly in case of potential issues. >  To develop and implement effective social media plans in support of the brand marketing objectives, working closely with the brand teams and optionally with agencies. To achieve the social buzz and publicity objectives of all MH brands. >  To stay engaged with the relevant social influencers, including press, bloggers or other digital influencers. Regularly identify and update list of new influencers. >  To provide expertise counsel to brand teams on digital social platforms. >  To coordinate basic publicity (eg press releases) around product launches. >  To assist brand teams in achieving publicity targets for key projects. >  To coordinate all social listening and media monitoring reports, with local and global vendors.

Profile

Education : University graduate or above. Degree from top-tier universities a plus, especially IT, stats or digital-related disciplines Languages : Proficient in English and Mandarin Professional experience & know how : >  5 years or more working experience in the below job capacities >  Experience in digital agencies and/or media agencies, with clients being global consumer goods, and/or >  Experience in digital marketing with a sizeable consumer goods company >  Experience in working with the key social platforms (FB, IG, LINE, Google) Technical & management skills : >  Digital-native a must >  Full understanding on how to operate social buzz generation, and update knowledge on social media eco-system >  Proficiency with SEO/SMO >  Ability to work with, leverage and analyze big data, and generate actionable insights >  Clear and logical strategic thinking and planning >  Basic knowledge on publicity and how to work with traditional PR agencies Personal & interpersonal skills : >  Ability to collaborate and work with other stake-holders >  Responsible, and action-oriented >  Disciplined and ability to work independently and proactively
