Louis Vuitton is looking for an Assistant to support the team starting immediately and ending in July. The role will support the Special Events team in day to day operations, administrative duties, venue research, competitor event reports, invoicing, budget management, etc. This person will assist with administrative duties as needed, conduct competitive reach and compile reports. They will also source and act as a point of contact with venues, vendors, and event entertainment. The role will also assist with the management and event execution, provide overall support to the events team on various projects, process and manage invoicing on large scale projects and assist in other areas as needed.
We are eager to speak to professionals who possess a Bachelor's Degree in conjunction with a minimum of one years' experience in event production, preferably with some agency exposure. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent follow through, must be agile and has experience excelling in a fast-paced environment. They also must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills and must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
