The primary role of the Senior Brand Manager is to maximize the performance of Hennessy VSOP and Black by bringing the brand to life in a relevant, elevated, and integrated way within defined growth spaces for appropriate US consumer segments.
> In alignment with Brand Director develop, create, plan and execute consumer driven brand plans that maximize brand equity, revenue and profit for Hennessy VSOP and Black in the US market.
> Participate in the development, launch and monitoring of ATL campaigns as well as other luxury assets for all touchpoints and in partnership with cross functional team e.g. Trade, Shopper COE etc...
> Develop and implement 360 programs and platforms to drive growth and build brand equity
> Contribute to the development of the business in the US market by identifying barriers to brand growth as well as developing marketing strategies to unlock both short and long-term growth
> Lead brief and validation of brand initiatives and quarterly off/on/national accounts programs. Work with COE Team to:
> create business cases and selling in key stakeholders
> partner with CC&I team to brief and lead agencies through concept development, develop, KPIs plan, key learnings and reporting
> Partner with Strategy & Business Planning team to define and manage A&P strategy and budgets
> Liaise with COE teams on brand health tracker, insights, and creative and E-Retail assets
> Partner with Strategy & Business Planning team to liaise with Operations, Demand Planning, and Commercial Planning teams to monitor supply chain management, pricing execution, and profitability (including P&L and business analysis)
> Partner with and influence Maison, Regions, Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Legal to gain input and support for opportunities & priorities required to achieve plans.
> Operate as a brand champion, business, and consumer expert across all functions within the organization.
> Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics through training, market visits, and frequent customer interactions.
Education : Bachelor's Degree required
Languages : English
Professional experience & know how : 7+ years brand marketing experience in consumer packaged goods or luxury environment; Experience working within the beverage alcohol & three -tier system is a plus; Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills; Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and must be able to adapt to various work styles; Strong business/financial acumen & budget management; Solid time management skills and ability to manage business partners on fixed timelines.
